Below are five guarantees in motor vehicle insurance (Motor Car):
1. Guarantee A: Total loss, partial loss and T.J.H. to a third party.
2. Warranty B: Total Loss, Partial Loss.
3. Warranty C: total loss and T.J.H. to a third party.
4. Warranty D: Total Loss / Total Loss.
5. Warranty E: T.J.H. to a third party only.

Ad. 1 Guarantee A: Total loss, partial loss and T.J.H. to a third party.
The insurance company will indemnify the Insured for any loss or damage in part or in whole of the insured motor vehicle, as a result of the risks guaranteed by the policy, for each event with a maximum of one occasion not exceeding the Balance- and also the possibility of a loss of liability as a result of legal liability to a third party directly caused by a motor vehicle insured as a consequence of the risk guaranteed by the policy.

Ad. 2 Warranty B: Total loss, partial loss.
The insurance company will indemnify the Insured for any partial or total loss / damage / loss on the insured motor vehicle, as a result of guaranteed risks of the policy, for each incident with a maximum of one occasion not exceeding the Balance Date the motor vehicle.

Ad. 3 Warranty C: total loss and T.J.H. to a third party.
The insurance company will indemnify the Insured for the total damage / damage incurred to the insured motor vehicle, including the loss of the entire motor vehicle as a result of guaranteed risks of the policy, as well as the possibility of liability for damages resulting from liability under the law against a third party directly caused by an insured motor vehicle as a result of the policy's guaranteed risk.

If the cost of repair or recovery of a motor vehicle is estimated to be equal to or greater than 75% (seventy five percent) the vehicle's actual price if repaired or lost due to being stolen and not found within 60 (sixty) days of theft of the vehicle motorized insured, then the constructive loss is said to be Total Losses

Ad. 4 Warranty D: Total Loss / Total Loss.
The insurance company will provide compensation to the Insured for the total loss / damage incurred on the insured motor vehicle, including the loss of the entire motor vehicle as a result of the risks guaranteed by the policy.

Ad. 5 Warranty E: T.J.H. to a third party only.
The insurance company will indemnify the Insured against the possibility of a loss as a result of legal liability to a third party directly caused by the motor vehicle insured as a consequence of the policy's guaranteed risk.
